After an order is placed, we are unable to add items to the order. However, we can cancel the order which will require you to place a new one online for the correct items. If you placed an order for the wrong nicotine strength or need to remove items, we can make any adjustments necessary. Please note, we are open Mon-Fri 6 am to 5 pm PST.
